THE REAPING

The lady, announcer, for District Seven appeared on the stage built for this very occassion. She looked at at the crowd. "Welcome, everyone! Happy Hunger Games!" She exclaimed, very brightly. Her outfit was a bit ridiculous. Exspecially, with her scrunched up nose in disgust of trees. She walked over to the jar of girls names. The lady pulled one out. "Eden Milleniox." She called.

Eden followed closely behind Eddie, gripping his hand tightly. Her mind only registered the woman on stage, along with her outfit of course.

OOC- you have to go on stage, they called her name

"Eden?" The lady called. "Where are you, sweetheart?" The lady asked, again, in an obvious tone that made it sound like she enjoyed the Games.

OOC: I know, silly.

BIC: Eden let go of his hand and began to walk towards stage. Her boots clanked on the steps as she went up, eyes locked onto Eddie.

The lady smiled. "Would you like to say something, to your District?" She said happily. Usual excited tributes said something with confidence.

Eden looked out to the people of District 7. She hated being the center of attention. "I will absolutely try my hardest to win. For District 7." And Eddie, she thought. Eden smiled with as much confidence she could muster up without bawling all over the place.

The lady smiled. "I wish you the best of luck." She said patting Eden's head lightly, as it she was a little child. She moved to the boy's jar of names. "Eddie Riggs." She said happily, glancing around.

Eden looked to the side, knowing he would've been called sooner or later. She wished for anyone else but him to be in the Games. But then there was no one else she'd rather be with during it.

The woman applauded, happy of the boys excitement. "That was just lovely!" She said. Butch the lady knew Eddie's axe would he confiscated inside the Justice Building. "Are we done?" She asked, they were a bit before the schedule said to go inside. But, if the two didn't want to stay on the stage, the only other place would be the Justice Building.

Eden watched as Eddie spoke confidently. She admired the way he talked, but was envious as well. She was never shy, but hated being on stage. Eden shifted her right leg, and sure enough, her dagger was still there. Her attention then focused on the ridiculous woman.

THe lady smiled, and turned on her heels. Four Peacekeepers came onto the stage, two to a tribute. Adnescorted them into the Justice Building, with the DIstrict SPonser in front.

Eden followed her inside, glancing back once more through the doors.
