These are the Rules when you are in Preperation.
NOT THE ARENA!!!


-You must follow the District Sponser, and the mentor's rules!
-Stay in your District Tower, no going into other ones.
-In training, no fighting other tributes.
-YOU CAN NOT ESCAPE THE CAPITAL BUILDINGS.
